目的：观察分析老年脑肿瘤术后并发症原因及护理。方法：选取我院2012年5月~2014年8月收治的78例老年脑肿瘤患者为研究对象，探讨术后出现并发症的原因，并采取相应的护理对策。结果：在78例老年脑肿瘤患者中，出现术后并发症19例，其中出现局部皮下积液3例，出现心理衰竭2例，出现呼吸障碍和肺部感染发热6例，出现压疮3例，出现颅内血肿5例。结论：术前认真分析老年脑肿瘤患者出现术后并发症的原因，并加强护理措施，能有效改善预后。
Objective: To observe and analyze the causes and nursing of postoperative complications in elderly brain tumors. Methods: A total of 78 elderly patients with brain tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the research object to investigate the causes of postoperative complications and to take corresponding nursing measures. Results: In 78 elderly patients with brain tumors, there were 19 cases of postoperative complications, including 3 cases of local subcutaneous effusion, 2 cases of psychological failure, respiratory disorders and pulmonary infection in 6 cases, 3 cases of pressure ulcer , There are 5 cases of intracranial hematoma. Conclusion: Preoperative careful analysis of the causes of postoperative complications in elderly patients with brain tumors, and to strengthen nursing interventions, can effectively improve the prognosis.
