Operator: Good morning, Easton’s Computers, how may I direct your call?
Man: Hello, I need to talk to someone about my computer.
Operator: Certainly, would that be sales or the repair department?
Man: Well, I just have a question about this new software I bought from your store. I need a little help to install it.
Operator: I think the repair department can handle that. Please wait while I transfer your call.
Man: Thank you.
接线员：早上好，伊斯顿电脑，请问你要接那方面的电话？
男：你好，我想咨询一下跟我电脑有关的问题。
接线员：好的，是销售部，还是维修部？
男：嗯，从你们店里买的一个新软件，我想咨询一下如何安装。
