对镍基合金电火花沉积层在不同转速及载荷下的摩擦学性能进行了研究,分析了其磨损机理;并利用现代表面分析技术研究了镍基合金电火花沉积层表面截面形貌、硬度和成分。结果表明,沉积处理可以提高沉积层硬度和耐磨性;低速轻载运行时,沉积层磨损机理为微观切削和塑变,高速重载运行时,主要磨损机理为犁沟切削磨损、粘着磨损、氧化磨损和疲劳磨损。
The tribological properties of the nickel-base alloy EDM layers under different rotating speeds and loads were studied, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The surface morphology, hardness and surface properties of the nickel-base alloy EDM layers were studied by modern surface analysis ingredient. The results show that the deposition treatment can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the deposited layer. At low speed and light load, the wear mechanism of the deposited layer is microscopic cutting and plastic deformation. At high speed and heavy load operation, the main wear mechanism is furrow wear, Oxidation wear and fatigue wear.
