目的:建立测定复方生化冲剂中金属元素含量的分析方法。方法:用V(浓硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=18+2的混合酸作为消解剂进行消化样品,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定。结果:复方生化冲剂中Fe、Mg、Ca、K、Zn、Mn、Cu、Cr的含量分别为21.97、1174、462.0、5112、3.487、10.20、3.847、0.2692μg/g,加标回收率(n=6)在96.8%~104.0%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.03%~3.5%。结论:该方法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的分析方法,可以为复方生化冲剂的进一步研究提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metal elements in compound biochemical granules. Methods: Digestion samples were obtained by using mixed acid of V (concentrated nitric acid) + V (perchloric acid) = 18 + 2 as digestion reagent and determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Results: The contents of Fe, Mg, Ca, K, Zn, Mn, Cu and Cr in Compound Biochemical Granules were 21.97,1174,462.0,5112,3.487,10.20,3.847,0.2692μg / g, = 6) Between 96.8% and 104.0%, the relative standard deviations RSD (n = 6) of each element ranged from 0.03% to 3.5%. Conclusion: This method is a rapid, sensitive and accurate analytical method that can provide scientific basis for the further research of compound biochemical granules.
