人事档案管理是组织、人事部门工作中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是全面地、历史地了解干部和正确选用干部的基础,是做好人事工作的必备条件。随着信息、网络技术的飞速发展,对档案管理工作提出了更高的要求,如何进一步提高企业人事档案管理工作水平、改进档案管理质量成为新的课题。本文总结了当前企业人事档案整理工作中存在的问题,分析了文体存在的根源,探讨了新时期干部人事档案整理工作的改进措施,为人事档案管理工作提供了可靠的借鉴。
Personnel file management is an indispensable part of the work of organizations and personnel departments. It is the basis for comprehensive and historical understanding of cadres and the correct selection of cadres and is a prerequisite for doing a good job of personnel work.
