目的:比较力确兴与复达欣治疗绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染的安全有效性。方法:采用随机对照试验设计,全部病例均为住院患者,试验组20例,力确兴注射液,每次200mg每日2次(每2小时1次),溶于100~200ml09%氯化钠溶液或5%葡萄糖溶液中稀释,滴注时间1小时半至2小时。对照组19例,复达欣2g溶于5%葡萄糖溶液200ml中静脉滴注,每日2次。试验组和对照组疗程均为7~14天。一般资料相似(P>005)。结果:试验组与对照组临床疗效比较治疗前后发热病人体温转为正常的天数、白细胞增加的病人7天后白细胞转为正常的例数均无显著性差异(P>005)。治疗结束后,试验组20例中13例治愈;对照组19例中14例治愈,两组的治愈率分别为65%和737%(P=0900)。试验组和对照组显效、进步、无效分别为2例和1例、2例和2例、3例和2例,两组均无显著性差异(P=0750~0900)。有效例数分别为17例(85%)和17例(895%),以对照组为高,但无统计学差异(P=0950)。药物敏试结果发现37株绿脓杆菌对力确兴敏感(包括高敏和中敏),36株对复达欣敏感;2株对力确兴耐药,3株对复达欣耐药。经统计学处?
OBJECTIVE: To compare the safety and efficacy of Fu Daxin and Fu Daxin in the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was designed. All patients were hospitalized. Twenty patients in the experimental group were treated with 200 mg twice daily (once every 2 hours) and dissolved in 100-200 ml of 0.9% chlorine Sodium solution or 5% glucose solution, the infusion time of 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. In the control group, 19 cases were treated with intravenous drip of 2g of Fuda Dansu in 200ml of 5% dextrose solution twice daily. The treatment group and control group were 7 to 14 days course of treatment. The general information is similar (P> 005). Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy of the test group and the control group were normal before and after treatment. The number of leukocytosis cases after 7 days of leukocytosis was no significant difference (P> 0.05). After the treatment, 13 cases were cured in 20 cases in experimental group and 14 cases in control group, and the cure rate in both groups was 65% and 737%, respectively (P = 0.900).
