介绍了一种利用拉压力传感器检测力信号、采用微机进行控制的计量斗式混凝土自动配料系统；对散装固态物料计量斗式称重过程中的冲击力、悬浮物料流重量及挂料问题进行了详细讨论，并提出了解决方法。该系统占地面积小、造价低，实践表明具有计量精度高和操作方便的特点，具有推广价值。
An automatic weighing batching concrete mixer system using force sensors to detect force signals and controlled by a microcomputer is introduced; the impact force, suspended material flow weight, and hanging materials in the weighing process of bulk solid material weighing buckets are performed. Discussed in detail and proposed a solution. The system has a small footprint and a low cost. The practice shows that it has the features of high measurement accuracy and convenient operation, and it has promotion value.
