自香港一般家庭和部分酒楼饭店改用电饭锅做饭后,软质大米越来越受到当地居民的欢迎,市场销量大增。因为软质大米比较适合电饭锅的使用。相反硬质大米销量明显下降。
Since rice cookers were used to cook rice in general homes and some restaurants in Hong Kong, soft rice has become more and more popular with local residents. The market sales have increased significantly. Because soft rice is more suitable for the use of rice cookers. On the contrary, sales of hard rice have dropped significantly.
