目的分析2014年绵阳市食品安全风险监测结果,了解绵阳市食品安全现状,对食品监测中发现的突出问题进行预警,为食品安全监管提供参考。方法按照国家食品安全风险监测方案的要求进行采样检测,对监测数据进行分析。结果 2014年共抽检食品样品467份,总合格率为92.93%(434/467),合格率最低是饮料/饮用水/食用冰64.86%(24/37),其次是肉与肉制品80.00%(32/40)。理化指标检测合格率为94.58%(227/240),微生物指标检测合格率为91.19%(207/227),两者之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.05,P>0.05)。其中有害元素、农药残留、食品添加剂和荧光增白剂指标合格率分别为94.39%(202/214)、99.13%(114/115)、100.00%(57/57)和100.00%(10/10)。结论绵阳市食品安全形势总体向好,但也发现一些问题,应加强对饮料/饮用水/食用冰、肉与肉制品等食品的监测与监管,确保消费者的食品安全。
Objective To analyze the results of food safety risk monitoring in Mianyang in 2014, understand the status quo of food safety in Mianyang, provide early warning of the outstanding problems found in food monitoring and provide reference for food safety regulation. Methods Sampling and testing were conducted in accordance with the requirements of the national food safety risk monitoring program, and the monitoring data were analyzed. Results A total of 467 food samples were sampled in 2014, with a total pass rate of 92.93% (434/467). The lowest pass rate was 64.86% (24/37) for beverages / drinking water / edible ice, followed by 80.00% for meat and meat products 32/40). The passing rate of physical and chemical indexes was 94.58% (227/240). The passing rate of microbial index was 91.19% (207/227). There was no significant difference between the two (χ2 = 2.05, P> 0.05). The passing rates of harmful elements, pesticide residues, food additives and optical brighteners were 94.39% (202/214), 99.13% (114/115), 100.00% (57/57) and 100.00% (10/10) . Conclusion The overall situation of food safety in Mianyang City is generally good. However, some problems have also been found. The monitoring and supervision on the beverages / drinking water / ice, meat and meat products should be strengthened to ensure the food safety of consumers.
