目的:用正交设计法优选青皮挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺的最佳条件。方法:用饱和水溶液超声法。结果:最佳工艺条件是油与β-环糊精之比为1∶8(mL.g-1),其次是乙醇体积分数为90%,超声时间30 min,超声时水温为40℃~45℃。结论:β-环糊精不同用量是影响青皮挥发油包合效果的主要因素,该工艺方法简单,流程短,适合工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin in Volatile Oil from Ophiopogon japonicus by orthogonal design. Methods: Using saturated aqueous solution of ultrasound. Results: The optimal conditions were as follows: the ratio of oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1: 8 (mL.g-1), followed by ethanol volume fraction of 90%, sonication time of 30 min, sonication water temperature of 40 ℃ ~ 45 ℃. CONCLUSION: The different dosage of β-cyclodextrin is the main factor that affects the inclusion effect of Volatile Oil in Vitex negundo. The method is simple, the process is short and suitable for industrial production.
