笔者毕业从教四年,任教经历从初中英语一、二、三年级再到高中一年级,虽然从教并不是很长时间,但却感到一个非常值得我们在教育中要重视的问题,同时也是非常困扰我的问题,那就是学困生。尤其笔者现在所教学校为普通中学,所招收的高中生中大部分都存在着偏科现象,他们在所有科目中总会有那么一两科比较落后,但是这部分学生却又有很强的学习欲望,可是总是走不出学科落后的胡同,最后不得不放弃。面对这样的学因生,笔者作了仔细的观察和研究,做出以下分析。
