高效的课堂教学,实际是对学生数学学习活动的一种简洁化的教学方式。如何教学高效?如何教学有效?笔者认为教学要从浅入深,尊重认知规律。前苏联教育家苏姆霍林斯基说“:在人的心灵深处,都有一种根深蒂固的需要,这就是希望感到自己是一个发现者,研究者,探索者,而在青少年中,这种需要特别强烈。”在课堂教学中,营造一种轻松、无压抑、无顾虑的和谐的师生关系,学生才会保持自由的心态真实的表现自己,有助于开启各自的创造潜能,才能打破常规,奇思异想。
