由于培养与管理对象所存在的特殊性,校园招聘新员工(以下简称“校招新员工”)的培养与管理模式具有区别与其他人才培养与管理模式的特征,这些特征体现在校招新员工培养与管理模式的方方面面。接下来,笔者从广东广电网络佛山分公司的实践经验出发,谈谈对校招新员工培养与管理模式的一些认识与思考。一、校招新员工的特殊性校招新员工区别与其他人才的特殊性决定其培养与管理模式的特殊性,主要总结为以下几个方面。
