最近几年,马鞍山市对中小学教师队伍建设采取一手抓提高教师的政治和业务水平;一手抓为教师办实事、解其后顾之忧,建成了一支思想稳定、德良业精,适应马鞍山市教育事业发展的新型的教师队伍。教师队伍建设的首要问题是要保持队伍的相对稳定。为此我市从办实事入手,以为教师解后顾之忧为突破口,坚持每年为教师解决几个突出的困难,办几件实事,在最能吸引教师、留住教师的几个关键
