建筑外墙体结构自保温技术,在国内应用越来越广泛,具有外墙保温质量稳定、可靠,又与建筑同寿命的优点。各种类型的混凝土复合自保温砌块(砖)、蒸压加气混凝土砌块等产品,已经在全国各地的建筑外墙结构上得到大面积推广应用。但是,目前国内仍然缺失有针对性的设计、施工、工程验收的规范(程),只是散见于一些“规范(程)”中有一些条文要求。摘编北京市《建筑墙体砌块结构自保温施工和验收规程》DB11/T 1106-2014于此,就是供同行借鉴、学习之用。混凝土夹芯复合自保温砌块(砖)、蒸压加气混凝土砌块的自保温外墙,各地可根据自己的块型、气候条件等,基本可以套用该《规程》。对于轻集料多排孔自保温砌块,也可以考虑借鉴该《规程》中对蒸压加气混凝土砌块的要求。
