目的观察情绪干预对儿童预防接种疼痛及恐惧的影响,为顺利开展预防接种工作提供指导。方法选行皮下注射A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的儿童240人,分为观察组和对照组各120人。对照组给予常规的预防接种;观察组在此基础上给予情绪干预,用Wong-baker脸疼痛评估法和恐惧标准进行评定。结果观察组以轻度疼痛居多(51.7%),其次为无疼痛(35.0%);对照组以中度疼痛居多(48.3%),其次为轻度疼痛(34.2%),观察组的疼痛程度较低。观察组恐惧程度以Ⅰ级为主(65.0%),其次Ⅱ级(27.5%);对照组恐惧程度以Ⅱ级为主(50.8%),其次Ⅲ级(34.2%),观察组恐惧程度较低。结论预防接种过程中对儿童进行情绪干预,能减轻其疼痛感及恐惧感,有利于接种顺利进行。
Objective To observe the effect of emotional intervention on pain and fear of vaccination in children and provide guidance for the successful vaccination. Methods 240 children with subgroup A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine were divided into observation group and control group with 120 in each group. The control group was given regular vaccination. The observation group was given emotional intervention on this basis and assessed by Wong-baker face pain assessment and fear criteria. Results The patients in the observation group were mostly mild pain (51.7%), followed by no pain (35.0%). The control group was moderately painful (48.3%), followed by mild pain (34.2%). The degree of pain in the observation group low. The level of fear in the observation group was mainly grade Ⅰ (65.0%), followed by grade Ⅱ (27.5%). The level of fear in the control group was mainly Ⅱ (50.8%), followed by grade Ⅲ (34.2%), . Conclusion Emotional intervention on children during vaccination can reduce the pain and fear and facilitate the successful vaccination.
