市场竞争中,“人才大战”日趋激烈。“跳槽”现象不仅在大中型国有企业时有发生,而且连效益较好的物资企业也出现不少,跳槽的人从业务骨干、青年职工,已发展到党团员、中层干部和企业领导。人才不断外流,既给企业经济发展带来不利的因素,而且也给企业人心稳定带来不好的影响。如何面对现实,拿出相应的措施,笔者从一段时间调查了解的情况,谈些看法和建议。
In the market competition, the “talent war” has become increasingly fierce. The phenomenon of “job-hopping” has not only occurred in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, but also a lot of material companies with good returns have appeared. Those who have changed jobs have grown from the backbone of the business and young workers to leaders of party members, middle-level cadres and enterprises. The continuous outflow of talents not only brings disadvantageous factors to the economic development of the company, but also brings about a bad influence on the stability of the company’s people. How to face the reality and come up with appropriate measures, the author from a period of time to investigate and understand the situation, talk about some views and suggestions.
