建筑机械行业标准JG×××—92,《建筑机械与设缶用油液固体污染清洁度分级》征求意见稿,已下发征集意见。 80年代初,建筑机械行业开展了“油液污染控制”的研究,制订了油液取样方法和固体颗粒污物的检测方法标准。首先在液压系统进行了污染检测控制,使主机液压系统清洁度迅速改善,故障减小,可靠性提高。例如挖掘机已可连续作业400~800h无故障。但近年来,建筑机械行业急需油液清洁度分级标准。 本标准规定了建筑机械与设备,车辆用油液固体污染清洁度的分级制度,规定了清洁度分级原则和分级方法。适用于建筑机械与设备、车辆用液压油、润滑油和燃油的固体污染清洁度分级与定级。
The construction machinery industry standard JG××--92, “Determination of Cleanliness Level of Oil-based Solid Pollution in Construction Machinery and Design”, has been issued for comments. In the early 1980s, the construction machinery industry carried out a study of “oil pollution control” and formulated standards for oil sampling methods and solid particle contamination detection methods. Firstly, the pollution detection control was performed in the hydraulic system, so that the cleanliness of the host hydraulic system was rapidly improved, the fault was reduced, and the reliability was improved. For example, the excavator can be continuously operated for 400 to 800 hours without failure. However, in recent years, the construction machinery industry is in urgent need of oil cleanliness grading standards. This standard stipulates the classification system for the cleanliness of oil and liquid solids in construction machinery and equipment and vehicles, and stipulates the cleanliness classification principle and grading method. It is suitable for the classification and grading of solid pollution cleanliness of construction machinery and equipment, hydraulic oil for vehicles, lubricating oil and fuel oil.
