农业管理(不包括农业经营问题,下同)是按人们主观意志想怎么搞就怎么搞呢,还是也必须遵循一定的客观规律呢?也就是说,农业管理本身究竟受那些生产条件和经济因素的影响和制约,因而是否也存在着不以人们意志为转移的客观规律性呢?作者试图通过当前农村人民公社的田间劳动管理,作一初步探讨.农业管理的职能,从经济关系上划分,主要包括两方面的内容,即:(一)处理和调节在生产劳动过程中劳动力、劳动手段和劳动对象相互组合的关系;(二)处理和调节在生产劳动过程中人与人相互组合的关系.马克思在研究资本主义企业时,把这两方面的管理职能,作为一个两重性的过程.并着重指出这个管理职能
