山东老年大学的软件教学课程开设7年了。我作为教师,每当看到学员们的PS作品参加各种展览活动,或收到他们节假日发来的PS贺卡时,心中油然生出一种自豪感和成就感。老年人动手能力差,电脑知识参差不齐,这是教学中最大的困难。我采取照顾多数,兼顾少数的教学方法坚持课堂教学与课后教学相结合,一般施教与重点施教相结合,课堂授课与学员互助相结合的方法,收到了良好的效果。我在新课讲授过程中,既让学员学操作程序,也做课堂作业,同时给他们留下提问时间。每次授课结束时,
Shandong University of the old teaching software courses opened seven years. As a teacher, I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment whenever I saw participants’ PS works participating in various exhibitions or receiving PS greeting cards from their holidays. Poor hands-on ability of the elderly, computer knowledge is uneven, this is the biggest difficulty in teaching.
