目的:建立枳实中辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法:采用离子交换色谱法,色谱柱Waters SCX柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-60mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(10∶90);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃,检测波长:275nm。结果:辛弗林进样量在0.1908~1.5264μg范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为100.23%(RSD=1.93%,n=9)。该法具有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结论:离子交换色谱法测定辛弗林含量,操作简便、准确,且重现性好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-60mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (10:90), the flow rate was 1.0mL / min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, 25 ℃, detection wavelength: 275nm. Results: The linear range of synephrine injection ranged from 0.1908 to 1.5264μg (r = 0.999 9). The recovery rate was 100.23% (RSD = 1.93%, n = 9). The method has better precision, repeatability and stability. Conclusion: Determination of synephrine by ion exchange chromatography is simple, accurate and reproducible.
