中国学习化的实质和意义根据中国国情和经济发展三步走的规划及高新技术的迅猛发展,知识经济的崛起,在我国提出“学习化”这样一个跨世纪的发展战略目标——“学习化中国”,或者说:“学习化中国,迈向新世纪”,这无疑是可取的连美国学习论坛主席、国际学习协会前主席鲍比·德波特也说:祝贺中国教育家们在“学习”问题上引人瞩目的成就和进展。“学习化中国”是一个令人耳目一新的提法,它把学习型组织,教育变革、家庭教育中的学习革命,终身教育等结合在一起,对各国而言是一个创举。(《光明日报》1999年4月9日)
The Essence and Significance of China’s Learning According to the three-step plan of China’s national conditions and economic development and the rapid development of high and new technology, the rise of the knowledge-based economy puts forward the strategic goal of “learning and learning” China, “or” learning from China and marching toward a new century. “This is undoubtedly desirable.
