当前人们对于我国经济发展新常态理解方面还不是十分准确,觉得经济发展的快慢缓解仅仅是把增长快慢的百分点下调,这样的理解明显太过简单。新常态背景环境下国企改革必须要将经济发展特点基础上,对于经济发展方向有一个明确的认识,适应经济转型,达到企业长期稳定发展的目标。因此,本文主要探究新常态下的国企改革和发展,旨在给其提供一定的参考和帮助。 At present, people are not quite accurate in understanding the new normal of our country’s economic development. We think it is too simplistic to understand that the speed of economic development is merely to lower the percentage point of growth. Under the new normal background, the reform of state-owned enterprises must be based on the characteristics of economic development, have a clear understanding of the direction of economic development, adapt to the economic restructuring and reach the goal of long-term and steady development of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper mainly probes into the reform and development of state-owned enterprises under the new normal, aimed at providing some reference and help to them.
