〔目的〕严把供列车食品的卫生质量关,确保口岸食品卫生安全,保障乘坐广九直通列车的中外旅客的健康。〔方法〕按照国家标准《食品卫生微生物学检验沙门菌检验》(GB/T4789.4—2003)和《食品微生物学检验金黄色葡萄球菌检验》(GB/T4789.10—2003)的方法,对供广九直通列车冻鸡肉进行沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌检测。〔结果〕从供列车冻鸡肉中同时检出肠炎沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。〔结论〕从食品原料中检出致病菌,从源头上控制食源性疾病的发生,确保了口岸食品卫生安全,保障了中外旅客的健康。
[Purpose] To strictly control the hygiene quality of food in train, ensure the hygiene and safety of food in port, and ensure the health of Chinese and foreign tourists riding in Guang-yu direct train. [Method] According to the methods of national standard “Inspection of Salmonella in Food Hygiene Microbiology” (GB / T4789.4-2003) and “Food Microbiological Test of Staphylococcus aureus” (GB / T4789.10-2003), For nine non-stop trains through train Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus detection. [Results] Salmonella enteritidis and Staphylococcus aureus were simultaneously detected from the frozen chicken meat for train use. [Conclusion] The detection of pathogenic bacteria from food raw materials, from the source control of the occurrence of food-borne diseases, to ensure the port health food safety, protection of the health of Chinese and foreign tourists.
