目的 研究旋毛虫新生幼虫T6 6 8重组抗原的免疫原性 ,制备基因工程疫苗。方法 以旋毛虫新生幼虫期特异性基因T6 6 8在大肠杆菌中的表达蛋白为抗原免疫小鼠 ,每间隔 10d免疫 1次 ,共免疫 3次。末次免疫后 10d ,每只小鼠攻击感染 2 0 0条旋毛虫感染性肌幼虫 ,感染后 5周用消化法检查肌幼虫 (ML)负荷。结果 T6 6 8重组抗原免疫组肌幼虫减虫率明显高于佐剂组和对照组。结论 T6 6 8重组抗原能诱导小鼠产生一定程度的保护性免疫 ,且可激发特异性体液免疫。
Objective To study the immunogenicity of T668 recombinant antigen of Trichinella spiralis larvae and to prepare genetically engineered vaccine. Methods The expressed protein of Trichinella spiralis newborn larval stage specific gene T6 6 8 in E. coli was immunized with antigen and immunized once every 10 days for 3 times. Ten days after the last immunization, each mouse was challenged with 200 Trichinella spiralis infectious larvae, and the muscular larval (ML) load was examined by digestion 5 weeks after the infection. Results T6 6 8 recombinant antigen immunization group muscle larvae worm reduction was significantly higher than the adjuvant group and the control group. Conclusion T6 6 8 recombinant antigen can induce a certain degree of protective immunity in mice and can stimulate specific humoral immunity.
