随着国家环境保护政策的完善,高速公路噪声日益成为环境保护工作及沿线居民关注的重点。在研究中提出了一种改进的矿料级配范围,基于此种级配范围进行了低噪声沥青混合料的设计,在新改进的多孔性低噪声路面沥青混合料的设计中,各项指标均优于传统的设计方法,特别是飞散损失指标,传统方法为13%左右,而新改进的方法约为6 %。设计目的是既能实现降噪又有较好的耐久性,且建设费用增加很少,有较好的社会、经济效益。在济南~聊城高速公路上铺筑了试验段,对路面的各项指标进行了检测及噪声对比监测,各项指标均达到了设计要求。
With the improvement of national environmental protection policies, highway noise has increasingly become the focus of environmental protection work and residents along the line. In the study, an improved range of ore grade was proposed. Based on the range of gradation, the design of low noise asphalt mixture was carried out. In the design of newly improved porous low noise road asphalt mixture, various indexes Are better than the traditional design methods, especially flying loss indicators, the traditional method is about 13%, while the new improved method is about 6%. Designed to achieve both noise reduction and better durability, and the construction costs increase little, have better social and economic benefits. In Jinan ~ Liaocheng Expressway paved the experimental section, the pavement indicators for the detection and comparison of noise monitoring, the indicators have reached the design requirements.
