每年中考前,总有不少学生和我说:“老师,这段时间我们莫名其妙地紧张、焦虑、烦躁,而且还失眠。老师,你说我们该怎么办呢?”听着他们的诉说,又看着他们着急的样子,使我意识到,中考备考阶段,不光毕业班的老师有压力,学生的压力更大。随着中考的临近,进入到紧张的复习阶段,于是有些学生常常感到竞争激烈、压力过大、心情紧张。据心理研究发现,保持适度的心理压力有利于复习、备考,但压力过大,会造成紧张、急躁心理。所以,教师和家长必须及时地给予疏导,引导考生学会调节自身的心理压力,以积极的心态迎接中考。
