以小鼠骨髓细胞中嗜多染红细胞微核和姐妹染色单体互换为指标,观察不同炮制方法对藤黄致变性的影响。结果表明,藤黄经炮制后可降低其致变性,各炮制品之间无显著性差异。
The effects of different processing methods on the degeneration of Garcinia cambogia were observed using the micronuclei of polychromatic erythrocytes and sister chromatid exchanges in mouse bone marrow cells. The results showed that after the processing of Garcinia cambogia can reduce its degeneration, there is no significant difference between the processed products.
