目的:评测不同方法用于预测胎儿体重的准确性。方法:对500名37~42周孕妇测量身高、体重、宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径(BPD)、股骨长(FL),应用不同的方法预测胎儿体重与其出生体重相比较,计算符合率,对几种方法预测胎儿体重的准确性进行比较。结果:宫高、腹围结合孕妇产前BMI法预测符合率最高,达68.8%,。而股骨长算法预测符合率最低,为43.2%。结论:宫高、腹围结合孕妇产前BMI法预测胎儿体重的符合率较高,股骨长算法用于胎儿体重正常的预测准确性较差。
Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of different methods for predicting fetal weight. Methods: The height, weight, height of the uterus, abdominal circumference, biparietal diameter (BPD) and femur length (FL) were measured in 500 pregnant women from 37 to 42 weeks. The body weight of the fetus was predicted by different methods to calculate the birth weight. Rate, to compare the accuracy of several methods to predict fetal weight. Results: The prenatal BMI with uterine height and abdominal circumference was the highest, accounting for 68.8%. The femur length algorithm predicts the lowest coincidence rate of 43.2%. CONCLUSION: The coincidence rate of fetus weight predicted by prenatal BMI in pregnant women with high uterine height and abdominal circumference is high, and the accuracy of the femur long algorithm used in predicting fetal normal weight is poor.
