通过3H-TdR参入法研究了小剂量辐射诱导淋巴细胞DNA合成的适应性反应。结果表明,体外培养24h的人外周血淋巴细胞经小剂量γ射线0.5—4.0cGy照射后,均产生了适应性反应,诱导适应性反应的最适剂量为1.0cGy。D1和D2照射间隔为24h时,适应性反应最强,随时间间隔延长,适应性反应明显减弱。1Gy~7Gy的D2照射,均可显现适应性反应,3.0Gy照射,反应表现最强,剂量过大,适应性反应不明显。
The 3H-TdR incorporation assay was used to study the adaptive response of small dose radiation to DNA synthesis in lymphocytes. The results showed that 24 hours after in vitro human peripheral blood lymphocytes irradiated by low dose γ-ray 0.5-4.0cGy, have produced adaptive response, the optimum dose to induce adaptive response was 1.0cGy. When the irradiation interval of D1 and D2 was 24h, the adaptive response was the strongest, with the extension of time interval, the adaptive response was obviously weakened. 1Gy ~ 7Gy D2 irradiation, can show adaptive response, 3.0Gy irradiation, the strongest response, the dose is too large, the adaptive response is not obvious.
