第三讲 实现光面爆破的技术要点 一、炸药 为消除爆破时在炮眼周围造成的粉碎圈、减少放射状裂隙的范围,从光面爆破的作用原理可知,应选用低猛度、低爆速、低密度而传爆性能好的炸药。近年来,国外已生产出光面爆破的专用炸药,如瑞典的古立特炸药,日本的SB新桂炸药等。我国目前尚无光面爆破专用炸药,因此多选用中等威力的硝酸按类炸药。这类炸药难以满足上述要求,所以,主要靠施工中采取不偶合装药或改变装药结构来实现光面爆破,一般多采用小直径药卷(炮眼眼径不变)。据一些单位试验,药卷直径采用25毫米为宜,药径过细爆轰不稳定,甚至产生拒爆。如开滦马家
