在以偏微分方程形式的单柱色谱分离模型基础上,结合SMB的各区流量和质量守恒关系,建立了模拟移动床色谱分离过程的数学模型。与通常的真实移动床模型相比,所建模型明确考虑进出料口的周期性切换,因此可以反映SMB的真实情况。基于有限差分法对模拟移动床模型数值进行了求解,并分析了操作参数的变化对其操作性能的影响。
Based on the single-column chromatographic separation model based on partial differential equations, a mathematical model for simulating the chromatographic separation of moving bed was established based on the relationship between flow and mass conservation in each area of SMB. Compared with the typical real moving bed model, the built model explicitly considers the periodic switching between the inlet and the outlet, and thus can reflect the real situation of the SMB. Based on the finite difference method, the numerical simulation of moving bed model was solved, and the influence of the change of operating parameters on the operation performance was analyzed.
