Japan’s development of high-viscosity tiles is aimed at improving the adhesion of tiles, wall tiles and mortar. The calcium-containing inorganic material such as Portland cement is used as the surface layer to form a calcium compound crystal layer combined with cement hydration. The weather resistance is good, especially the bonding strength is good, which overcomes the defects that the existing tile water has poor wettability, is not easy to bond with mortar, and is easy to fall off. The test showed that the mixture was prepared with 100 parts of cement, 200 parts of water and 0.5 parts of methyl cellulose, coated on the china and sintered at 1200°C.
