地方性氟中毒是由于地球化学性因素导致某一地区的居民长期从外界环境中摄入大量的氟所引起的以骨骼损害为主的全身性地球化学性疾病。氟骨症是地方性氟中毒最严重的临床表现之一,其普遍存在于氟、砷联合污染病区的人群中。近年来发现,氟骨症患者通常存在氟、砷联合中毒,且发现砷可加重氟骨症,但砷以何种机制影响氟骨症发生尚不清楚。为了降低氟骨症的发病率及对氟骨症患者实施有效的治疗,研究氟骨症的发病机制非常重要。
Endemic fluorosis is a systemic geochemical disease predominantly caused by skeletal damage caused by the long-term ingestion of a large amount of fluoride by residents in a certain area due to geochemical factors. Fluorosis is one of the most serious clinical manifestations of endemic fluorosis, and it is commonly found in people who are contaminated with fluoride and arsenic. In recent years, patients with skeletal fluorosis often have fluoride and arsenic poisoning, and it is found that arsenic can aggravate skeletal fluorosis. However, the mechanism by which arsenic affects skeletal fluorosis is not clear yet. In order to reduce the incidence of skeletal fluorosis and effective treatment of patients with skeletal fluorosis, the pathogenesis of skeletal fluorosis is very important.
