利用软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL和用户编程功能UPFs,将建议的静水应力型椭球面屈服模型编制成子程序模块,通过ANSYS软件的开放式接口,实现了程序编制.通过对梁柱节点试验的数值模拟和分析,得出了等效考虑焊接残余应力和焊接缺陷的对接焊缝断裂因子修正系数.对钢框架梁柱狗骨式节点进行了基于椭球面强度模型的数值模拟和断裂分析,结果显示:狗骨式节点在梁翼缘削弱截面形成塑性铰,大大降低了对接焊缝的断裂因子幅值.狗骨式节点滞回曲线饱满,延性较好,且承载力和刚度较常规节点下降不多.
Using the parametric design language APDL of software ANSYS and user programming function UPFs, the proposed hydrostatic stress ellipsoidal yield model is compiled into a subroutine module, and the programming is realized through the open interface of ANSYS software.At the same time, Numerical simulation and analysis, the correction factor of butt weld fracture factor which takes equivalently the welding residual stress and welding defect into account is obtained.Numerical simulation and fracture analysis based on the ellipsoid strength model of the steel frame beam-column dogbone joint are carried out.The results show that: The dog bone node weakens the cross section of the beam flange to form a plastic hinge, which greatly reduces the amplitude of the fracture factor of the butt weld.The hysteretic curve of the dog bone node is full and has good ductility, and the bearing capacity and stiffness are less than conventional nodes.
