用硫代巴比妥酸法测定了人老年性白内障(SC)、并发性白内障(CC)、和外伤性白内障(TC)病人晶体脂质过氧化物终末产物MDA的含量,结果三种类型白内障病人晶体MDA含量均较正常人晶体MDA含量高三倍以上,表明三种类型白内障的发生均同自由基导致的脂质过氧化反应有关。为此,如能抑制或延缓晶体中的自由基的产生及所致的一系列致伤反应,可能会预防或延缓人类白内障的发生和发展。
