以广西工学院健美选修学生(男生)为实验对象,通过教学实验,以探讨学导式运动处方教学对大学生身体形态、机能、素质及体育锻炼行为的影响效果。研究结果表明:学导式运动处方教学在增强学生的体质方面效果最好,在大学生科学健身意识的形成和良好锻炼行为的养成方面效果良好,对大学生形成终身体育的思想和习惯具有积极重要的影响。
Taking Guangxi University of Science and Engineering bodybuilders (male students) as experimental subjects, through the teaching experiment to explore the effect of learning guided exercise prescriptions on college students’ body shape, function, quality and physical exercise behaviors.
