在社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立完善过程中,企业强烈感受到市场竞争的激烈性,从而增强了提高自身竞争力的紧迫感。笔者认为,影响现代企业生存与发展的因素很多,人才的竞争是市场竞争中的核心,人力资源是企业所有资源中最宝贵、最具能动性的资源,是企业获得永久竞争优势的源泉。鉴于此,本文试从人力资源管理与开发角度入手,分析存在的问题,提出对策建议。
In the course of gradually establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system, enterprises strongly feel the fierce market competition, thereby enhancing the sense of urgency for enhancing their own competitiveness. The author believes that there are many factors that affect the survival and development of modern enterprises. Talent competition is the core of market competition. Human resources are the most valuable and motivating resources in all the resources of enterprises and the source of permanent competitive advantage for enterprises. In view of this, this article try to start from the perspective of human resources management and development, analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
