目的评价浙江省7个地区冬笋中Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Hg 5种重金属的污染程度。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定84个冬笋样品中Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Hg 5种重金属的含量,并与国家标准中的限量值进行比较,通过计算单因子污染指数和尼梅罗综合污染指数评价冬笋的污染状况。结果所测定的84个冬笋样品中,Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Hg的单因子污染指数平均值分别为0.96、0.59、0.10、0.01、0.03;尼梅罗综合污染指数评价分析的结果表明,67份样品处于未污染状态,占总样本的79.8%;8份样品处于警戒范围内,占总样本的9.5%;8份样品处于轻污染状态,占总样本的9.5%;1份样品受到中度污染,占总样本的0.2%。结论浙江省所采样地区的冬笋样品中的重金属污染风险主要来自Pb,其次是Cd,Cr、As和Hg的污染风险最低。
Objective To evaluate the pollution degree of five heavy metals in winter bamboo shoots in seven areas of Zhejiang Province. Methods The contents of five heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cr, As, Hg) in 84 samples of winter bamboo shoots were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results were compared with those of the national standards. Index and Niemeroe Integrated Pollution Index to Evaluate the Pollution of Winter Bamboo Shoots. Results The average single factor pollution index of Pb, Cd, Cr, As and Hg in 84 samples of winter bamboo shoots were 0.96, 0.59, 0.10, 0.01 and 0.03, respectively. The results of evaluation and analysis of the Niemero Polluted Index showed that, 67 samples were in the uncontaminated state, accounting for 79.8% of the total samples; 8 samples were in the alert range, accounting for 9.5% of the total samples; 8 samples were lightly contaminated, accounting for 9.5% of the total sample; Degree of pollution, accounting for 0.2% of the total sample. Conclusion The risk of heavy metal pollution in winter bamboo shoot samples collected from Zhejiang Province is mainly from Pb, followed by that of Cd, Cr, As and Hg.
