Objective To analyze the significance of total white blood cell count, CRP and lipoprotein (a) Lp (a) in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary infection based on the detection of white blood cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP) Methods CRP was detected by NycoCard READER II. The number of white blood cells was measured by Beckman 750 hematology analyzer. Lp (a) was detected by Beckman DXC800 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with the control group, the WBC count, CRP level and Lp (a) level in group A and group B were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The determination of white blood cell count, CPR and lipoprotein a levels are of great significance in the diagnosis of acute lung infection, which can effectively prevent the missed diagnosis.
