1.应用频率25KC 的超声波处理杉木、马尾松和檫树种子,其发芽结果以处理20分钟为佳,杉木发芽率力26%,比对照组提高16%(对照粗均为100%);马尾松发茅率为62.6%,比对照组提高25%;檫树发芽率为64.5%,比对照组提高19%。2.超声波和赤霉素综合处理杉木、马尾松和檫树种子,对杉木和马尾松发芽的影响不明显,对檫树起了良好的影响,经赤霉素溶液浸种和超声波(频率25KC)处理30分钟的,其发芽率为76%,比只经超声波处理30分钟的提高19%;比对照组提高43%。3.频率25KC 的超声波处理木荷种子15、20和30分钟,未见到良好效果,对光叶桦处理15和20分钟,亦无效果。
