采用平板对峙及无菌滤液对稻瘟病孢子萌发影响等方法研究了产几丁质酶细菌CHB101对稻瘟病菌的抑制效果,结果表明该菌对稻瘟病菌有明显抑制作用,在PDA平板上25℃培养6d后抑菌带平均宽为11.0mm,并在显微镜下观察到了稻瘟病菌菌丝细胞质浓缩,细胞壁溃解和细胞质外渗等明显的几丁质酶作用现象。该菌培养后的无菌滤液对稻瘟病孢子萌发有强烈的抑制作用,并随滤液的浓度提高抑制作用越强。而且研究结果显示CHB101的抑菌谱宽,抑菌能力强。
The inhibitory effect of chitinase producing bacteria CHB101 on Magnaporthe grisea was studied by the effects of plate confrontation and sterile filtrate on the spore germination of Magnaporthe grisea. The results showed that the fungus had a significant inhibitory effect on Magnaporthe grisea. On the plate of PDA After incubation for 6 days, the average width of the bacteriostasis zone was 11.0 mm. The obvious chitinase phenomenon was observed under microscope, including cytoplasm condensation, cell wall degradation and cytoplasmic extravasation of M. grisea. The bacterial culture filtrate after the fungus on the spore germination of rice blast has a strong inhibitory effect, and with the filtrate concentration increased inhibition of the stronger. And the results showed that CHB101 antibacterial spectrum wide, strong antibacterial ability.
