随着我国社会经济的发展,旅游业的逐步上升,我国酒店的基础设备已经达到国际酒店水平的标准,我国酒店管理普遍注重于硬件设施,在酒店服务质量、管理水平以及人员素质上相对落后。而酒店在人力资源的管理和利用是否合理,决定了酒店的服务质量和管理水平高低。酒店服务人员也是酒店重要资源之一,也是酒店服务质量的保证,酒店应该对服务人员引起重视,建立激励机制,实现酒店人力资源的可持续发展。本文就人力资源激励机制在酒店存在的问题进行分析,并提出加强酒店人力资源管理激励机制的对策。
With the development of social economy and tourism in our country, the basic equipment of hotels in our country has reached the standard of international hotels. Hotel management in our country generally focuses on hardware facilities, and lags behind the service quality, management level and personnel quality of hotels. The hotel management and utilization of human resources is reasonable, determines the hotel’s service quality and management level. Hotel service staff is also one of the important resources of the hotel, which is also the guarantee of the hotel service quality. The hotel should pay attention to the service personnel and establish the incentive mechanism to realize the sustainable development of hotel human resources. This article analyzes the existing problems of human resource incentive mechanism in the hotel and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the incentive mechanism of hotel human resource management.
