企业人力资源管理中,绩效管理是非常重要的一部分,企业通过绩效管理,能够有效分析出个人目标的完成情况,然后进一步对企业整体的目标任务进行把控。因此企业绩效管理的有力实施,能够很大程度上改善企业的生产经营效率。从建筑行业上来看,由于建筑行业的特殊性,使得企业在绩效管理中有诸多不便,这为企业人力资源管理造成了一些不利的影响。本文首先对现阶段我国建筑企业绩效管理中面临的问题做一些介绍,然后对绩效管理在建筑企业人力资源管理中的应用进行具体分析。
In human resource management, performance management is a very important part. Through performance management, the enterprise can effectively analyze the accomplishment of personal goals and then control the overall objective and tasks of the enterprise. Therefore, the effective implementation of enterprise performance management can greatly improve the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises. From the construction industry point of view, due to the particularity of the construction industry, making enterprises in the performance management has a lot of inconvenience, which has caused some unfavorable impact on the enterprise human resources management. At first, this paper introduces some problems that the Chinese construction enterprises now face in the performance management, and then analyzes the application of performance management in the human resources management of construction enterprises.
