内燃机气缸内的气体流动,尤其是进气门关闭后至压缩上止点前缸内气流的涡流及紊流状态对发动机的油、气混合有着重大的影响。本文根据螺旋进气道的稳流试验结果建立了计算缸内气体涡流的数学模型,并且利用热线风速仪来测量缸内的涡流的大小及紊流参数。计算结果与实测有较好的一致趋势。紊流参数的研究为发动机的供油系统匹配提供了较好的依据。
The gas flow in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine, especially the vortices and turbulent states of the air in the cylinder before the compression top dead center after the intake valve is closed, has a great influence on the mixing of oil and gas in the engine. In this paper, a mathematical model for calculating the gas vortex in a cylinder is established according to the steady flow test results of the spiral inlet, and the magnitude of the vortex and the turbulence parameter in the cylinder are measured by a hot wire anemometer. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured ones. The study of turbulence parameters provides a good basis for matching the engine oil supply system.
