非智力因素是除智力因素之外的一切心理因素,一般包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志等。它在学生学习的智力活动中起着定向、调节、维持、强化的作用,使智力因素不断发展,成为学习掌握知识的原动力和前提。人的智力要发展,必须有良好的非智力因素的积极参与。实际上不少学生学习不好,并非智力低下,而是非智力因素的不良影响所致。因此,在教学中要重视对学生非智力因素的培养。
Non-intellectual factors in addition to mental factors, all psychological factors, generally including motivation, interest, emotion, will and so on. It plays a role of orientation, regulation, maintenance and reinforcement in the intelligence activities of students’ learning, which makes the development of intelligence factors become the driving force and prerequisite for learning and mastering knowledge. To develop human intelligence, we must have good non-intelligence factors to actively participate. In fact, many students are not good at learning, not mental retardation, but due to the adverse effects of non-intellectual factors. Therefore, in teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of students.
