使用IN625合金焊丝对超(超)临界电站锅炉高温部件用304H奥氏体耐热钢进行焊接,对焊后热处理的焊缝再结晶现象进行了研究。通过对焊缝焊态和焊后固溶态的显微组织及硬度的分析测试,确定了焊缝再结晶的机理。
IN625 alloy wire was used to weld the 304H austenitic heat-resisting steel to the hot parts of super (super) critical power plant boilers. The recrystallization of the weld after heat treatment was studied. The mechanism of weld recrystallization was confirmed through the analysis and testing of microstructure and hardness of weld and solid solution after welding.
