人的成长发展,可以粗略地分两大方面,一方面是能自然形成自然发展的,即在人的天性中自然存在其萌芽和发展趋势,如求知欲、想象力、创造意识等。启蒙教育的重点就在于创造最好的条件,保持、鼓励、诱发和促进前一方面的各种素质的自然发展。非常重要的是教育者不要在无意中扼杀、压抑孩子这方面的发展。儿童时代是人生学习的黄金阶段,人的创造力在这个阶段常常有所表现,如果能及时发现并加以科学的引导和培养,是家长及教育者的责任和义务。
Human growth and development can be roughly divided into two major aspects, on the one hand it can naturally form a natural development, that is, naturally exist in the human nature of its germination and development trends, such as curiosity, imagination, create awareness. The focus of enlightenment education is to create the best conditions for maintaining, encouraging, inducing and promoting the natural development of the various qualities of the former. It is very important that educators not inadvertently stifle and repress children’s development in this area. Children’s time is the golden stage of life learning. Human creativity often manifests itself during this stage. It is the responsibility and obligation of parents and educators if they can be discovered and scientifically guided and cultivated in time.
