有效教学存在虚幻性,但人们追求不断。本文首先指出其虚幻性源自教学目标的变化和它涉及教学的一切,而可追求性在于有明确教学目标则追求不再虚幻,且追求过程与结果均具意义。因此,有效教学的虚幻与追求对中小学英语教学的关键启示一是明确教学目标,有的放矢;二是更新教学理念,积极探索。结合教学案例,本文基于两大关键启示提出实践追求有效教学的指引问题:(1)教学活动设计指向的教学目的是否明确?(2)教学目的指向的课程目标是否明确?(3)教学设计指向的教学理念是否先进?(4)是否对教学设计与实施进行有效教学审视?
There are illusions in effective teaching, but people are constantly pursuing. This article first pointed out that its illusory originated from the change of teaching objectives and it involved everything in teaching, but the pursuable nature is that there is a clear teaching goal, then the pursuit is no longer illusory, and the pursuit of both the process and the result are meaningful. Therefore, the illusion and pursuit of effective teaching of the key enlightenment of English teaching in primary and secondary schools is to clear the teaching objectives, targeted; second is to update the teaching philosophy and actively explore. In combination with teaching cases, this paper proposes guidelines for practicing effective teaching based on two key revelations: (1) Is the teaching purpose of the teaching activity design clear? (2) Is the course objective of the teaching goal clear? (3) Instructional design points Is the teaching philosophy advanced? (4) Is there an effective teaching review of instructional design and implementation?
