分析海藻酸钠 -多聚赖氨酸 -海藻酸钠 (APA)微囊包裹对牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞 (BCCs)分泌儿茶酚胺 (CA)和亮氨酸脑啡肽 (L -EK)的影响。用APA微囊包裹原代BCCs ,分别用高效液相色谱 -电化学法和放射免疫法检测囊化与非囊化的BCCs分泌CA和L -EK的能力。与非囊化BCCs相比 ,囊化BCCs在单位时间内分泌肾上腺素 (E)和去甲肾上腺素 (NE)的能力并没有大的改变 ,而多巴胺 (DA)和L -EK的分泌量则在部分时间点有明显下降。APA微囊对牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞分泌E和NE并无显著的影响 ,而对DA和L -EK的分泌有一定影响 ,这种影响仅在包裹后短期内发生 ,对后期的分泌没有影响
The effects of sodium alginate-polylysine-alginate (APA) microencapsulation on the secretion of catecholamine (CA) and leucine enkephalin (L -EK) in bovine adrenal chromaffin cells (BCCs) were analyzed. Primary BCCs were coated with APA microcapsules, and the ability of CA and L-EK to secrete both non-encapsulated and non-encapsulated BCCs was detected by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical method and radioimmunoassay respectively. The ability of encapsulated BCCs to secrete epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) did not change much compared to non-encapsulated BCCs, while the amount of dopamine (DA) and L-EK secreted Some time points have dropped significantly. APA microcapsules had no significant effect on secretion of E and NE from bovine chromaffin cells, but had some effects on the secretion of DA and L-EK, and this effect was only observed in the short term after the parcels, but had no effect on the late secretion
